All Guests are required to check in at our Airlie Beach office before departure for a trip briefing.
Our Check In Office is open from 7.30am until 8.15pm daily.
If you are running late, or you have any questions at all, please give us

Guests on 3 day 2 night tours departing at 9.30am are asked to check in by 7pm the day before departure. |

Guests travelling on Solway Lass 3 day 3 night tours departing at 7.30pm Saturday or Tuesday are asked to check in by 4pm on the day of departure. |
Whitsunday Magic

FRIDAY DEPARTURE Guest travelling on the 3 day 3 night Whitsunday
Magic REEF Tour, or 6 day 6 night ISLAND AND REEF Cruise departing
Friday afternoon should check in for a trip briefing by 2pm.
This departure is at Abel Point Marina Airlie Beach.
MONDAY DEPARTURE Guests travelling on the 3 day 3 night ISLAND
Cruise, departing Monday afternoon have two options:
1. If guests fly into Hamilton Island, they transfer to the mainland on a Ferry. Please advise so we can assist arrange a Boarding Time and Location at Hamilton Island. Please re-confirm pickup location on Hamilton Island with our Reservations Team on 1800 355 377 or +61 7 4946 5932 at least 48 hours before pickup.
2. Guests boarding from the mainland, should check-in at our
office by 2.00pm. We will provide courtesy transfers to join the cruise.

What to Pack: We appreciate that you limit the amount of luggage you take on board,
and recommend soft sided luggage. We suggest: swimmers, beach towel, sunscreen,
hat, sunglasses, camera, spare film / batteries, sandals or joggers for island bush walk,
favourite music CDs/Ipods, a sweater for cooler evenings.
If you have larger luggage that you would like to store, storage facilities are available at
most accommodation houses in Airlie Beach, or there is a store across the road from our check in office.
For guests travelling on Whitsunday Magic, we are able to accommodate larger bags on board. |

Check-in:
When you Check-in we will ask you to complete a questionnaire. This procedure helps us provide a tour for you that is safe, fun and memorable. We will gather important information, like who to contact in the unlikely event of an emergency, any special diet needs, any medical conditions that can help us to help you in an emergency.
We will organise courtesy transfers, wet-suit hire (optional), and provide a thorough briefing about your tour.
The check-in procedure can take up to 15 minutes.
Weather: We can control many things, however unfortunately we cannot control the weather. It's hard to predict when the weather will be terrific and when it will be rainy/overcast. Be assured, that most of the year the weather is warm, and it is not normal to feel cold during the day, even if it is raining. Summer evenings are sultry, while in Winter evenings can cool down to 12c, so you will need a jacket or sweater.
